Healing Extends Beyond the Individual

Every quarter, All Species Nurse donates 10% of earnings to organizations and individuals in the Phoenix community. Care is not just what we do — it's who we are.

Why We Give

We believe a business rooted in care has a responsibility to give back — not as a marketing gesture, but as a core expression of who we are. Phoenix is our home. Its people, its families, and its animals are our neighbors. When our practice thrives, so should our community.

How Our Giving Works

01

We earn

Every service we provide — every check-in, assessment, and care visit — contributes to the pool of earnings we commit to giving.

02

We set aside 10%

At the close of each quarter, we calculate 10% of total earnings and designate it entirely for community giving.

03

We choose recipients

We identify organizations and individuals in Phoenix whose work aligns with our values of human health, animal welfare, and spiritual well-being.

04

We give — and share

Donations are made and we share our giving publicly each quarter, so our clients and community can see the impact of their trust in us.
